Join us to celebrate & uplift Indigenous peoples & voices on Indigenous Peoples Day in Newton, MA.

All are welcome to this free, outdoor, family-friendly, Indigenous-led, volunteer-run event to enjoy great music, check out cultural dances & presentations, support local Indigenous vendors & non-profits, & eat delicious food. Rain or shine.

Tokalli Macehualli is a danza Mexikah family working to develop a foundation of teaching & learning their tradition, Mexicayotl. They dance in resistance to ongoing colonization & genocide of Indigenous people.

Talia Landry is a Mashpee Wampanaog mother who works everyday in her community on cultural sustainability. She is the youth advisor for the Mashpee Wampanaog Native Environmental Ambassadors.
